Try to keep it simple and to the point. What exactly do you want to achieve at the exhibition? How do you want to be perceived by existing clients, potential clients, and your competitors? We need to understand your aims and objectives - just having a stand isn't enough.
The Budget
For some reason this is always 'tucked away' at the end of the brief. We don't want to over-design a stand that everyone loves but can't afford. Neither do we want to under design a stand that no one likes. Let us know from the start - how much do you want to spend?
